I am currently responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical and non-technical talent for legal, Accounting/Finance and IT contracting environments. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening and pre-interviewing candidates, compensation analysis and consulting with hiring managers on sourcing strategies.

Responsibly submit and track all applicants through our Applicant Tracking System.
Individually own full cycle of sourcing/interviewing, assessment and selection process.
Follow all recruiting processes including compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

I have developed the ability to negotiate salary and hourly rates
Make and receive high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
Developed the ability to build effective relationships and partner with hiring managers.
Strong time management skills with experience managing multiple requisitions with diverse disciplines.
Have developed advanced behavioral interviewing techniques.
