I am currently responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical and non-technical talent for legal, Accounting/Finance and IT contracting environments. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening and pre-interviewing candidates, compensation analysis and consulting with hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
Responsibly submit and track all applicants through our Applicant Tracking System.
Individually own full cycle of sourcing/interviewing, assessment and selection process.
Follow all recruiting processes including compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
