We are currently seeking a recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical and non-technical talent for legal, Accounting/Finance and IT contracting environments. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening and pre-interviewing candidates, compensation analysis and consulting with hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
- Responsibly submit and track all applicants through our Applicant Tracking System (BigBiller)
- Individually own full cycle of sourcing/interviewing, assessment and selection process.
- Follow all recruiting processes including compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- The ability to negotiate salary and hourly rates
- Making and receiving high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and partner with hiring managers will be necessary.
- Strong time management skills with experience managing multiple requisitions with diverse disciplines.
- Prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques a plus.
Base Salary + Commission
