This role will conduct mainly administrative tasks. The successful candidate will research titles, emails, and phone numbers of contacts within several Fortune 500 corporations. The sources for this research may be websites, an internal business directory, or by telephoning the company. The information that is discovered will need to be collected into a document. This document may be either in Word or Excel.
- Conduct a kick-off call with the Account management team of the selected companies
- Determine what information we already have about a company and what we need to learn
- Determine what sources to use within the research including: Company websites, ACC and Security websites, and internal database subscription to locate information.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Takes pride in work, exhibiting accuracy and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn the business.
- Ability to move the project along without prompting.
- Excellent command of English language both oral and written
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to learn how corporations are organized
